How to play
One night in the clinic

1 Take the intake window
Walk to the reception window when a patient arrives. Every patient is checked the same way: looks, behavior, sounds and their papers.

2 Inspect & open the card
Look the patient over and open their intake card with F. Compare name, species, coat, age, weight and the visit reason against what you see.

3 Admit or refuse
Press E to admit a normal patient, R to refuse. Anomalies must never get inside — admit one and the night gets much worse.

4 Treat the wards
Admitted patients go to cages in the wards. Treat them with minigames: match the medicine to the symptom, tap the paws to stabilize, wrap bandages in the green zone, stitch before dots fade.

5 Keep your sanity
Anomalies drain sanity. Coffee at the machine restores it, the thermos upgrade gives +40 on demand, and the flashlight (Q) keeps the dark honest.

6 Earn coins & staff tokens
Correct decisions pay salary. Spend coins between shifts on thermos, steady nerves, soft slippers or the shift talisman; staff tokens unlock class bonuses.
The golden rule
Every patient is normal until proven otherwise — and every anomaly looks almost right. Check the card, trust the mismatch, and never let one inside.
